I live in a shared apartment with 17 units. Mr. Sanchez has been with us three times now. He installed the connection for a new balcony door perfectly. Then a ventilation pipe in the roof was leaking. He completely rebuilt it super professionally, so we'll have peace of mind for many years to come. His predecessors simply added more duct tape, which, of course, didn't last long. Furthermore, water ingress occurred through the ceiling in one apartment for the second time. Mr. Sanchez quickly determined that the windows on the balcony of the attic apartment above were rotten and leaking water. The windows are now being replaced, and Mr. Sanchez will take care of the connection from the balcony to the windows. Conclusion: Mr. Sanchez arrives quickly for a competent assessment and carries out the work competently, professionally, and sustainably.
